The Atlantic

Praia da Adraga, fifteen minutes on foot - one of Europe's wildest stretches of coast. Cabo da Roca where the continent ends. Azenhas do Mar for fish straight from the boat.

The Forest

The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park begins at our wall. Two hundred hectares planted in the 1840s - cedar, sequoia, tree fern. The microclimate makes mist at dawn, and ferns grow shoulder-high.
